Executive Director- Part Time
Incorporated in 2016, the Lee Highway Alliance (LHA) is comprised of a seventeen-member volunteer Board of Directors which serves as the operational authority of the LHA. The purpose of the LHA is to advocate and promote the revitalization of the Lee Highway Corridor to create a more attractive, greener, walkable corridor with vibrant neighborhoods serving mixed use centers that are compatible with surrounding communities, and to help provide better opportunities to live, work and play.
Job Summary: The LHA Board seeks to appoint a part-time executive director to oversee the day-to-day responsibilities for the Corporation and to carry out the organization’s guiding principles and policies. The executive director will work closely with the President on meeting agendas and notices, report to the Board of Directors and will attend Board meetings, report on the progress of the Corporation, answer questions of the Board and carry out the duties described as well as other duties designated as necessary by the Board.
