Reston Limousine is a 26 year old family owned, employee focused passenger transportation company and the largest in the Washington, DC area. We are growing and searching for a part-time HR Assistant to support the HR Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the department and to serve as an integral part of our HR Team.
• Employee Benefits & ACA Compliance- EEOC & AAP Compliance Reporting • Assist with any and all administrative tasks needed in the department • Maintain a work list to ensure timely and accurate follow-up on assigned tasks • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Prior relevant work experience in an office environment • Effective oral and written communication skills • Proficient computer (Excel & Word) skills • Detail oriented and accurate • Able to reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Provide timely, accurate deliverables • Approach workload in a professional manner and have excellent work habits; Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member
COMPENSATION: This position is based in our Sterling, VA office. Monday – Friday, 20-25 hours per week. Pay rate dependent upon experience.
