PURPOSE: This position is responsible for performing a combination of ad hoc and analytical reports.  Provides analytical and reporting support for such purposes as: operational efficient, quality metrics and visual aids. Partner with our diverse client groups, providing a verity of reports.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:  Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Workforce Strategy & Management, the principle duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Workforce Strategy: Assist with collection and analyses of data to create customized briefings, reports, and PowerPoint presentations that tell a solutions-based story for executive leaders. Thorough research, monitoring, analyzing methods and processes support key metrics for Vendor Management programs. Support delivery of the reporting, dashboard, ad hoc and analytics requests. Create and develop findings from data, including visual reports and presentations. Perform complex data analyses, including production of queries, in support of ad-hoc and routine management or customer requests.  Provide accurate and appropriate interpretation of data, applying knowledge to evaluation, analyses and interpretation of data. Develop and communicate creative ideas in response to research insights. Partner with senior consultants and subject-matter experts to support programs that improve customer service and increase employee and customer engagement.

Learning & Development: Provide Webinar statistics and Plan-facing training data analysis. Develop visual reports on as needed basis using Excel and PowerPoint that display and analysis trends. Use Survey Monkey, our Evaluation website to download data over several evaluations and webinar, and create PPT and Excel spreadsheets that will demonstrate trends and produce a large amount of data. Data analysis on internal training metrics including determining trends and data patterns on SRTS training requests. Work with two members of the staff to learn how to extract data from Staff Development related submitted SRTS and determine if there are trends. Download the data into Excel and use Pivot tables to determine if the data shows trends in spend by departments or by type of training requested. Research and apply industry best practices Research industry data and  websites to research training spending data and other related information  for comparison to industry averages. Support reporting of internal training budgetary/financial spend information. Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to provided reporting and presentations.  Perform routine reports and analysis on a monthly

Minimum Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience related to data management and analysis.

Abilities/Skills:  Adept at identifying, prioritizing, and managing important tasks/issues with accuracy and focusing on detail. Adept at simultaneously balancing numerous tasks and projects. Excellent ability to understand and document processes and workflows. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.  Possess confidence, professionalism, self-sufficient and able to function well as a part of a workplace strategy team.  This individual must have great multi-tasking skills as you will work with several divisions within one department.

Preferred:  1-3 years of internship or work experience in professional environment. Interest in Talent Management and/or Data Analytics. Quality driven and eye for details and self-motivated. Effective in ambiguous situations. Works effectively as individual contributor and in partnership. Strong presence and professional demeanor
