Industry Sales Manager – Location: Virtual
Develops sales objectives and strategies consistent with Company sales plans and manages personnel and financial resources in an assigned industry(s) or area. Responsible for the training, development and performance of subordinates to ensure optimum effectiveness in meeting job responsibilities. Plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, continued market and account penetration and customer satisfaction on a long-term, multi-year basis. Develops sales objectives for key customer accounts in an assigned area. Conducts business reviews to assure all team members’ compliance with total area program and reviews forecasts of customer sales and/or marketing plans. Prepares fiscal operating plans and manages expenses and sales reports.
Interprets and administers Company policies. Maintains proper staffing and training to meet short and long-range goals and objectives of own organization.
Will perform other reasonable and related duties. The Company reserves the right to change duties at any time.
Specific Sales/Business Development Support for the Maritime Solutions group (part of the Life Cycle Business Unit) will include:
- Identification, development and closure of new business opportunities
- Facilitate and manage the business capture process for designated opportunities
- Assist in the development and management of the Maritime Solutions pipeline
- Enter and track opportunities within SalesForce.com
- Work with IGS management to maintain an up-to-date Monthly/Quarterly/Annual bookings forecast
- Provide input to the Maritime Solutions Annual Strategic plan and One-Page Business Plan updates
- Engage IGS employees, Project Managers and Customers to identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Work with IGS Consultants and Partners to engage new customers/organizations
- Coordinate and attend designated Trade Shows to increase IGS brand awareness
- Participate in the identification and development of tactical/strategic partners
- Work with the Marketing organization to plan Web and collateral updates
- Track applicable opportunities within GOVWIN, FEDBIZOPPS, etc.
- Participate in the RFP response for select opportunities
Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of relative or equivalent experience.
Experience with Business Development and/or Technical execution with the Maritime Business domain is preferred
Technical knowledge of Company products is required.
Ability to attain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

2 Software Consultants – Location: Norcross, GA & Reston, VA
IGS provides technical solutions in geographic information systems and geospatial processing and exploitation software to U.S. federal government agencies including the Department of Defense and its contractors.
IGS is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Software Engineer to serve as a member of an Agile scrum team responsible for supporting the design, development, test, and delivery of geospatial software supporting the eXploit program and IGS classified and commercial products. The eXploit program is transforming how Geospatial Intelligence data is exploited by providing an online suite of web-based exploitation applications and services which seamlessly integrate into the customer’s enterprise cloud architecture. C++ will be the primary development language, but there will also be opportunity for Java and web client development.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer/Software Engineering or related field and 8 years as a software developer or equivalent applicable experience.
Significant experience with C++
Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio for C++ development
Strong mathematical skills

System Engineer IV – Location: Alexandria, VA
Incumbent will provide system, network, and security consulting services. Position will involve support for Windows servers and the operating systems software and successful integration with the hardware and applications software across the organization. Responsibilities include the installation, configuration, security hardening, maintenance, and upgrades of the Windows 2008 R2 servers to Windows 2012 Servers.
