We are growing and searching for Accounting Assistant (part-time, at least initially) to support the Controller and Assistant Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the department and to serve as an integral part of our Accountiing Team.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an office environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer (Excel & Word) skills
• Detailed oriented and accurate
• Strong problem solving & technical skills
• Able to reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Provide timely, accurate deliverables
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Approach workload in a professional manner and have excellent work habits
• Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member.
This position is based in our Sterling, VA office. Hourly rate based on experience.
